Returns – New Zealand Customers Only
If you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unopened and in its original undamaged wrapping. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Please note that there will be no refund if the returned product is damaged in transit back to us.
Please wrap the product to be returned well and include your order number as a reference to the following address:

Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we shall issue a refund within 10 working days. The amount refunded shall be the original purchase price less shipping charges incurred by us. We shall also deduct the finance fee charged by PayPal on your payment to us. We shall email you with details of the refund.
Returns – International Customers
We are unable to accept returns of products for international orders if you change your mind. Please choose your products carefully before placing your order.
Damaged In Transit
Please do not return products that are damaged in transit to us.
New Zealand Orders
If the goods you order do not reach you in a satisfactory condition, please send us an email immediately, stating your name, order number and details of the products, together with a photograph of the damaged items. Please keep all the damaged products in the condition and packaging as when they are received. We will forward all relevant information when we lodge a claim.
For international customers, please have your damaged products assessed and a report issued by your country’s postal authority within 7 days of receipt. We require the damage report issued by your country’s postal authority to lodge a claim. The report has to be in the English language.
Please note that it is important that you contact us by email within 7 days of delivery date for us to be able to assist you with the damage claims.
